Degabriele Gift Shop was established in the late 1970s by Joseph Degabriele whose original idea was to have a general household store. This idea refined itself somewhat during the early 1980s, when he started to visit home decor exhibitions abroad and decided to import beautiful chandeliers and home decorations.

The company has firmly established itself as one of the leading ornamental light importers, especially after it relocated to larger showroom premises which allowed expansion into related sectors - loose furniture, dining tables, mirrors and ornamental home decor.

Degabriele Gift Shop remains one of the main lighting suppliers in Malta, with the management still gaining inspiration from foreign exhibitions and actively updating its stock and product selection accordingly.
